After completing payment, you will be redirected to our Final Step page. To complete your child's registration, you have two options:
A) Enter your child's info online, sign electronically and click "SUBMIT".
or
B) Download the Registration Form with Contact Info and Waiver Form. Print out the form, fill it out and sign the consent waiver and mail it to our business office: DaVinci Experience, Portland 150 Brook Rd.
