Summer Camp Registration Info
Extended Day Option - Falmouth:pay online or add to registration form if paying by checkMonday-Friday, 7:30-9:00 am and 3:00-5:30 pm Children arriving earlier than 8:50 am must register for extended care. Extended day camp offers supervised arts and crafts, activities, outdoor games, play time in the gym, snack time (snack not provided), board games, and reading/story time.
Fees 5 day week: AM care = $45/week, PM care = $75/week. Both AM and PM care = $115 Fees 4 day week AM care = $36/week, PM care = $60/week. Registration DetailsEach camp's location and programs are unique and campers are welcome to attend any and all programs regardless of where they live. We accept campers ages 5-13 years old on a first come, first serve basis at Falmouth, Freeport, Yarmouth, South Portland, and Cape Elizabeth for full day 9:00 am- 3:00 pm sessions. NEW this year: Half Day program for 4-7 yr. olds at the Falmouth site. If a session is full , you may request to be on the waiting list.
At Yarmouth's Cousins Island site campers must be 8 years old by the start of the week they are registered for. Swimming is available only at the Cousins Island site. We encourage families to carefully review the information with their child and choose the programs which best meet their needs and interests. Enrollment is limited. If a session is full, you may request a place on the waiting list.
You may pay by check ( print out a registration form to accompany it) or with a credit card online. When paying online please note that a paper registration form must also be returned by regular mail so that we have a signed medical release form and your child's emergency contact info. At the completion of an online payment- click return to merchant - your registration form will appear to print out.

For Falmouth and Freeport camps, a $50 per week, per child registration fee is due with each application and will be deducted from the total camp fee. This deposit is non-refundable and MUST accompany the registration form. If it is more convenient for you to pay your total fee in one check, the tuition amount (found on the Schedule page chart) includes the $50 registration fee.
Please print a form for each child you are registering and specify if you want siblings or friends in the same group. Confirmation e-mail will be sent upon receipt of your registration form(s).
Summer Champs participants accepted at all sites and do not need to enclose registration fee. United Way will be billed. Write your Summer Champs ID # on your registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY $50 Per week registration fee is Nonrefundable. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the start of a session to qualify for a tuition balance refund. FALMOUTH CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH SITE - 4-13 year olds; No nonresident fee. $5 discount per week to Falmouth Congregational Church members. $10 Per Week Early Bird Discount if postmarked by Feb. 28 th . $20 DISCOUNT ON 7 TH WEEK. You may mix sessions from different sites to get 7. NEW : SAVE even more when you Register for 3 full day weeks/$600 at the Falmouth and/or Freeport sites. Full payment is required with your registration form. Summer Champs participants accepted and do not need to enclose registration fee. United Way will be billed. Write your Summer Champs ID # on your registration form. South Portland Parks & Recreation (767-7650) does not send confirmations. If a session is full, they'll call and return payment. You will have the option of being placed on a wait list.
