For every $20 of DaVinci Experience merchandise you purchase online this year DaVinci Experience will donate a portion to Room To Read, a nonprofit organization that partners with communities to build libraries and primary schools in developing countries in Asia and Africa.  There are over 120 million children of primary school age who are not enrolled in school and have no access to children's books.  Since 2000, Room to Read has established over 3,374 libraries, built 109 schools and donated over 1.2 million books and published and additional 930,000 children's books in local languages, as well as providing 900,000 long term scholarships to keep girls in school.  DaVinci Experience wants to promote literacy and education not just in Maine, but for kids all over this planet.

John Wood, a former Microsoft employee and founder of Room To Read says a purchase can " help spread the lifelong gift of education, and sends a message that world change is possible if we follow our passion and dare to dream big dreams."  DaVinci Experience founder, Judy Crosby agrees and hopes you will support this cause.  She remembers when one woman had the dream of creating a library at the elementary school her four children attended.  That woman was her mother, Julia Jacobs.
