Bellwether School Extended Day Option

TO REGISTER for
DAVINCI EXPERIENCE CAMPS:

OPTION 1. Print Registration Form, fill out and mail with your check for the full tuition amount or a $50 per week per child Non-Refundable Registration fee (to hold your space) made out to DaVinci Experience, and mail to DaVinci Experience, Judy Crosby Executive Director, 150 Brook Rd, Falmouth, Maine 04105. The $50 will be deducted from your tuition. The balance is due June 1st.

OPTION 2. Register online and pay with a credit card. Please print out and sign the registration form with your child's emergency contact info and t-shirt size and mail it to: DaVinci Experience, Judy Crosby Executive Director, 150 Brook Rd, Falmouth, Maine 04105.

After completing payment, you will be redirected to our Final Step page. You will be asked to download the Contact Info and Waiver Form.
